What is the LAUNCH Membership Program?
The LAUNCH Membership Program allows customers to earn LAUNCH Store Points on launchaotu.com (excluding third-party retailers like Amazon, eBay, and Walmart). These points can be redeemed for discounts as a thank-you for shopping with LAUNCH.
How to join the LAUNCH Membership Program?
If you have an account on the LAUNCH Official Store, logging in to your account will automatically participate in the program. If you have no account, create one and complete the email activation. If you can't log in with an existing email, please try "Forgot Password" and reset your password. Make sure the email address you entered is the same as the account used for creating, shopping, points earning, and redeeming, as LAUNCH does not support cross-account points transfer.
When will I get my order?What kind of feedback is expected from the testers?

Do LAUNCH Store Points have an expiration date?
Yes, Launch Store Points will be valid for 1 year, counted from your most recently earned points through a whole calendar year.
If I cancel an order or return a product, will the LAUNCH Store Points I earned from that order be deducted from my account?
Yes, if you cancel an order or return a product, the LAUNCH Store Points earned from that purchase will also be deducted from your account.
Can I earn Launch Store Points for shipping or tax fees?
No, Launch Store Points are not earned for shipping charges or taxes.
Do my rewards, benefits, and points have any cash value?
No, rewards, benefits, and points earned through the loyalty program have no cash value and cannot be transferred to others.
How can I redeem my points for products?
To redeem your points, log in to your account and go to the "Redeem Rewards" section. Select the product you want and click on "Redeem Now," then fill in the shipping details and submit your request.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange redeemed products?
No. Once you confirm your redemption, you cannot cancel, return, or exchange the product. Please double-check before confirming your redemption. Contact LAUNCH Customer Service at hello@launchauto.com within 7 days if the product arrives damaged.
Can I choose the delivery date for redeemed products?
No, the redeemed product will be sent out as soon as you confirm the redemption.
