We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
LAUNCH is obligated to provide the return service to all customers. The return service is currently available in the country of purchase.
If the item is purchased from the LAUNCH official store, the authority to request a return or refund is permitted.
If the item is purchased from distributors of LAUNCH, you may follow the distributor's policies. Please contact your distributor for further information.
Return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.
30-Days Money-Back Guarantee
Within 30 days of the purchase, if you are unsatisfied without quality issues, you have the authorization to refund after return the items complete, unused and in the original package. However, you are responsible for the double shipping cost.
Cancellation
Customers can request a full refund within 24 hours after placing an order on the LAUNCH Official Store.
Please note that we will charge a transaction fee if you apply for a refund 24 hours after the order is placed and before delivery has been made.
Orders cannot be canceled more than 30 days after they are shipped.
Return
The return service is currently available to US orders only.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items complete in their original packing within 30 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund.
All returns must meet the following criteria:
1. Authorized by our Support Team at online chat or email address: hello@launchauto.com
2. Unused condition with original tags attached
3. Complete original packaging
4. Valid proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation)
5. No user-inflicted damage (functionally intact devices may qualify for refunds)
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
For quality issues, we will give you a one-time free replacement within 30 days of receiving the items.
Please collect the package first if your order has been shipped and you want to return it. Then contact our LAUNCH Support via hello@launchauto.com to obtain instructions to return.
Please note that a double shipping fee may be deducted from the original payment if you reject the shipments.
Return Process
Contact LAUNCH Support at hello@launchauto.com to start the return process. Please provide them with proof of purchase, such as an invoice.
You will receive instructions on how to properly pack the products and return them to us. Please make sure all components are included in the package.
Non-Refundable Conditions:
- Lost or stolen product(s).
2. Purchases from unauthorized sellers.
3. Free/giveaway items.
4. Returns initiated after 30 days.
5. Damage from:
• Third-party repairs/modifications.
• Environmental factors (flood, fire, corrosion).
• Improper use (water exposure, impacts, extreme temps).
• Normal wear & tear.
Refund
After you have returned the product to our warehouse, we will issue a refund within 7 business days. You will be notified by email when your order is refunded. If you have not received the refund after 7 business days, please contact us via hello@launchauto.com.
